TGP Catering & Hospitality delivered the Mayors and City Leaders Brunch for Expo Dubai Group on 28 October 2025, welcoming 350 guests to the iconic UAE Pavilion at Expo City Dubai.
Designed as a premium daytime hospitality experience, the brunch brought guests together in one of Expo City Dubai's most distinctive venues, with TGP responsible for delivering a seamless food and beverage experience that complemented the high-profile nature of the gathering.
The brunch experience
The culinary experience centred around a selection of live food stations, creating an engaging and interactive approach to brunch. Rather than a traditional static service, the live stations brought the culinary team into the guest experience, with dishes prepared and presented throughout the event.
The format was designed to support the social nature of the occasion, allowing 350 guests to dine and connect comfortably during the two-hour event while enjoying freshly prepared food and attentive hospitality.
Delivering premium hospitality
Taking place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the event required careful coordination between culinary and service teams to ensure an efficient flow across the live stations while maintaining consistent quality throughout the brunch.
Set within the architectural surroundings of the UAE Pavilion, the experience demonstrated TGP Catering & Hospitality's ability to deliver refined, large-scale catering for government, corporate and leadership gatherings, combining interactive dining with seamless event-day service.
