Sephoria Dubai brought the globally renowned beauty experience to Expo City Dubai, welcoming thousands of beauty enthusiasts, media representatives and industry professionals for three days of immersive brand experiences, live activations and exclusive product launches.
As the event's catering partner, TGP Catering & Hospitality delivered food and beverage operations across multiple event spaces, providing efficient large-scale catering solutions while creating memorable hospitality experiences.
Our contribution
Throughout the three-day event, TGP managed the operation of the event food truck at Al Wasl Dome, alongside the distribution of meal boxes for ticket holders. With a strong focus on efficiency and guest experience, our team distributed more than 12,000 meal boxes, ensuring smooth service during peak visitor periods.
Beyond the public event, TGP also delivered the catering for the exclusive Sephoria Media Gala at Cheval. Guests enjoyed an elegant pass-around canapé service accompanied by bespoke glitter-inspired mocktails, specially created to reflect Sephoria's bold visual identity.
Sustainability in action
Following the conclusion of Sephoria Dubai, TGP coordinated a large-scale food rescue initiative, recovering and redistributing more than 7,500 meals that would otherwise have gone to waste.
By working closely with community partners, the initiative helped reduce food waste while providing valuable support to those in need.
