UN Climate Change Conference COP28
COP28 | Catering & Hospitality
Expo City Dubai
COP28, hosted at Expo City Dubai, brought together more than 600,000 delegates, world leaders, industry experts and visitors for one of the largest and most significant climate conferences ever held. As part of this landmark global event, TGP Catering & Hospitality played a key role in delivering exceptional catering and hospitality experiences across the venue.
Our contribution
Working across multiple venues throughout the summit, TGP Catering & Hospitality delivered bespoke catering solutions for VIP functions, corporate events, official pavilions and on-demand hospitality requirements. Every menu was carefully curated to cater to an international audience, offering diverse, high-quality cuisine while accommodating a wide range of dietary and cultural preferences.
Alongside seamless operational delivery, sustainability remained at the heart of the catering strategy. The team supported the event's ambitious environmental objectives by contributing to 1.5°C-aligned menus, incorporating two-thirds plant-based food offerings, and working alongside partners to promote responsible sourcing, reduced food waste and environmentally conscious hospitality practices.
