World Health Expo brought together healthcare professionals, businesses, international delegations and industry leaders for one of the region's major healthcare gatherings. Across the event period, TGP Catering & Hospitality supported an extensive programme of corporate meetings, receptions and hospitality events throughout Expo City Dubai, delivering tailored food and beverage experiences across multiple venues and service formats.
From intimate executive meetings to receptions for several hundred guests, our team managed a varied catering programme designed to respond to the different requirements of exhibitors, organisations and visiting delegations.
Catering across Expo City
The majority of the programme centred around corporate coffee breaks, lunches and Day Delegate Rate catering, supporting meetings and business sessions throughout the exhibition. Services were delivered across a wide range of Expo City venues including Terra, Alif, C3, Surreal, Firdaus Studio and Expo Valley, demonstrating the team's ability to coordinate multiple hospitality requirements simultaneously across the destination.
One of the largest ongoing programmes was delivered for Informa, with catering provided across five consecutive days at C3. The service evolved throughout the week to include coffee breaks, lunches, cocktail-style hospitality, canapés and dinner menus, catering for groups of up to 375 guests per day.
TGP also supported organisations and delegations including the American Chambers of Commerce, Siemens, Al Tamimi, United Imaging, US-UAE Business Council, MecoMed and DWTC, alongside a number of Expo City Education & Culture programmes.
From business meetings to evening hospitality
Beyond daytime conference catering, TGP delivered several standout evening events.
For United Imaging, the team created a seated dinner experience at Surreal for 350 guests, combining dinner service with passed canapés in one of Expo City Dubai's most distinctive event settings.
TGP also delivered a large-scale cocktail reception for approximately 450 guests for Kallman, featuring passed canapés and beverage service, while Informa's hospitality programme included cocktail drinks and canapés at C3.
Additional formats ranged from breakfast for 80 guests at Terra's Innovation Gallery and dinner hospitality for 120 Siemens guests at Alif North Space, to catered meetings, afternoon coffee breaks and business lunches across the wider site.
